Ing:
Rice - 1 Cup
Jeera - 1 Tspn
Shredded Coconut - 2 Tspn
Salt - 1/2 Tspn
Water - 4 to 5 Glass
Method :
* Soak a Rice in vessel for whole night or 7 -8 hours.
* Make the fine paste of soaked rice along with Jeera and Shredded coconut in a Mixer.
* Add batter into a big Vessel and add the Water and salt.
* Heat the Tawa and Make Neer Dosa.
* Serve with Coconut Chutney , Gasi / Curry.

Ing:
Idly Rice - 1 Cup
Urad Daal - 1 Cup
Salt - 1 Tspn
Baking Soda - Pinch
Water - 1/2 Glass
Method:
* Soak Urad Daal & Rice separately for 4-5 hours.
* Make a fine paste of Urad daal in a mixer without adding much water., and transfer the batter into a big Vessel.
* Coarsely make the Rice powder, And add this into Urad daal batter.
* Add a Tspn of salt and mix the batter in your hand, so that idly will become soft.
* Keep the Batter in warm place for a night or 7- 8 hours.
* Add a pinch of baking soda into the batter, mix well and make Idly in a Pressure Cooker or Idly Cooker.
* Serve the Idly with Sambhar or Chutney.
Ing :
Apple - 1 ( I used Gala Apple )
Strawberry - 2 to 3
Sugar - 1 Cup
Fine Sooji / Rava / Bombay Rava - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Elaichi - 1/4 Tspn
Ghee - 5-6 Tspn
Salt - A pinch
Water - 1 Cup
Method :
* Make slices of apple,strawberry. and make a fine paste of it..
* In a pan fry the sooji with little ghee till it turns golden color.
* Boil the water in a seperate vessel , and add the boiled water to fried sooji and stir well.
* Once the rava is cooked,add sugar and water, stirr well for 4-5 mins.
* Now add the Apple and strawberry along with pinch of salt and elaichi.
* In every steps add 1 Tspn of ghee.
