Spinach - Cabbage Curry







Ing:

Finely Chopped Cabbage - 2 Cup
Finely Chooped Spinach - 2 Cup
Ginger- 1/2 Tspn
Green Chilly - 2
Lemon Juice - 2 Tspn
Fried Peanut - 1/2 cup
Salt - For Taste
Oil - 2 Tspn
Water - 1/2 Cup
Sugar / Jaggery - 1/4 Tspn

For Seasoning:

Oil - 1/2 Tspn
Jeera - 1/2 Tspn
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tspn
Hing - A Pinch

Method:

* Make a paste of green chilly and ginger in Mixer.
* Heat oil in a pan and add the green chilly and ginger paste into it . After 15 - 20 seconds add the chopped cabbage and fry this for 5 min in a medium flame.
* Then add Spinach into a pan,and fry for 5 mins. 
* Coarsely pulse the peanuts in a Mixer and add this into spinach and Cabbage fry and fry for couple of minutes.
* Now add the water,lemon juice,salt, sugar/Jaggery, and seasoning., cover and cook for 8- 10 mins..
